At Montaigne Paris, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Montaigne Paris packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
